My polkadott..Success recipe..

While thinking about activity to cherish my weekend, I thought of cooking and I choose Apam Polkadot as my experiment..In turn, yes it was a success!!Actually, it's pretty easy to prepare as long as you put the effort and belief in everything you want. Here is the result..pretty cute aren't they??(except for the one with confused pattern made by mr husband.hehe..). As I am so happy with the result, let me share with all of you the recipe..Who knows later you can prepare it for your kids and your hubby..I'm sure they'll love it.

MY POLKADOTT RECIPE (appr. 50 pc)

INGREDIENTS:

• 275 gm of flour (more or less)
• 220 gm of castor sugar
• 3 eggs (cold from the freezer, A size)
• 125 ml of  fresh milk/susu cair also can
• 3 tea spoon of baking powder
• 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
• 1 tea spoon of ovallette 
• Coloring (anything you prefer)
• Fruit jam

STEPS:

1) Put all the ingredients into the mixer for 6-8 minutes or until it looks creamy and well blend

2) Separate and put into colorings that you want and put it into piping bag (enin letak dalam plastik je than gunting lubang kecik kt hujung die)

3) Pipe into the papercup for half, put the jam (you may put the jam into plastic as well to ease piping) and then put another half (about full). Decorate it with other colorings as per your creativity.

4) Later, steam your polkadot for 6-8 minutes (make sure the steam is medium-heat to ensure the polkadot looks nice and fluffy)

5) Tadaaa...done!!You may enjoy with your family or don't forget to share with others as well..hehe.

Anything can happen with continuous effort and don't ever give up. Buat apam pun kene de effort same gak kalo kite nk plan change in life.
